Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on orders over $50.  International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above (free shipping offer does not apply). Please call us for prices for these shipments. Some items can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states.
Most orders ship within two business days from when the order was placed. Personalized jewelry is often hand-crafted and made-to-order, therefore shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates.
Privacy & Security
All orders taken on eBracelets.com are 100% secure and protected by a 128 bit secured socket layer, which is the highest standard for online ordering. We use Authorize.net, the largest online payment gateway system with a top security record and thus all your personal information including credit card info is fully secure. We do not sell, rent or share our customer information to anyone. 
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be 100% happy with the purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit (at our option) within 14 days of receipt of the item for non-personalized items. Simply email us at support@ebracelets.com within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number.

All personalized, custom-made items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Designer.

CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NOT RETURNABLE

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund credit to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Custom-made and personalized items are not returnable.

Please email us for the Return Address at support@ebracelets.com. Sometimes items need to be returned to the manufacturer directly, and not to eBracelets.com. If you ship it to the wrong address, you will be charged for the re-shipping fee.

Please note we are not responsible for lost merchandise, so when mailing your return, please use a padded envelope or box to ensure its safe arrival. (Standard envelopes containing jewelry tend to get ripped open by post office machinery and the jewelry often gets lost.) Any merchandise that arrives damaged will no longer qualify for a return, exchange or store credit. The outside of your package must be clearly labeled with your return authorization. Any merchandise sent back without a return authorization will be refused.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING FOR MORE DETAILS:
• Shipping charges cannot be refunded. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Tags must be uncut and still attached.
• If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you with Free Shipping, you will receive a refund for the item minus the shipping costs that would have otherwise been charged .
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Please email or call us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Many of our items ship the same day. Once an order is shipped, we can not retract the shipment. You can return it once you receive it.
• Hand painted, personalized and custom-made items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications. If you wish to cancel a custom order, it must be cancelled before the order is placed with the Designer. If you are unsure if an item is returnable, please email us for more details before placing order.
• If an exception is made for returning a custom-made item, a restocking fee may apply. Please email us for more details before placing order.
• We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage since we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Ordering
Once an order is completed successfully, our system automatically generates a confirmation e-mail receipt with your order information. Once an order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. Please allow the specified time frame next to the product description for the arrival of your order.

Arizona & Sedona Sales Tax
Since eBracelets.com operates in Sedona, Arizona, we are required to collect a state and local sales tax on orders shipped to an Arizona address. Products shipped to addresses outside of Arizona will not be charged a sales tax. Orders shipped anywhere else do not incur any sales tax.
